Did you notice: you cannot transfer songs from your iPhone to your computer ?

At least iTunes does not allow to import music from iPod to PC

I will use for this tutorial, because it's the only program I tested that never failed, in spite of my extensive testing

• Manual, including advanced settings

Automatically transfer Music from iPhone to Computer

Copying songs from iPhone to PC couldn't be simpler than using method

Within a couple of minutes all iPhone tracks are transferred to computer and you're all set !

All iPhone Music files have been copied to PC

Manually transfer Music from iPhone to Computer

This method will please those who like to have total control on how their music is transferred from iPhone to computer

It lets you

• Select songs by Artist, Album, Genre,...
• Update iTunes missing files from iPhone
• Automatically create folders and sub-folders on computer, based on track Name, Album, Artist, etc, upon complete iPhone backup
• Customize the way song names are created once music files are copied from iPhone to PC
• Choose the personal data to be imported from iPhone to iTunes ( Playlists, Ratings, Artwork,... )
• Choose the type of media to be synced from iPhone to PC folder ( Videos, Podcasts, Audiobooks,... )
• etc...

Procedure

• Tick the check boxes of the tracks you want to copy from iPhone to computer
• Now, click
  
  Note: you can also go for if you only want to backup iPhone to PC but not have your music files imported to iTunes
• In the iPhone to PC backup dialog, you can either leave the default transfer settings unchanged...
  
  
  
  
  
  
• ...or hit one of the "Customize" buttons to adjust your iPhone to computer copy preferences...

• When you are done with the iPhone and computer syncing preparation, click
• Finally hit to launch the synchronization of your iPhone to your computer

Just like with the automatic import of music from iPod to PC, wait a couple of minutes till all iPod songs are copied to computer

Once all iPod files are transferred to your desktop or laptop, iTunes opens up automatically, so you can check if your library has been properly rebuilt based on iPod, iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad contents

If all iPhone data have been correctly transferred to iTunes, you can now synchronize your favorite music player with your computer library just like you always used to !
